About Me

I’m a British Hong Kong-based journalist with over eight years of experience in the luxury industry. I cover fashion, art, culture and travel, with deep expertise in the evolving cultural landscape of China, South Korea and wider Asia.

I was previously the Style Editor for Prestige Magazine in Hong Kong where I led the fashion content and styled cover shoots. I’ve since contributed to local publications like South China Morning Post and recently wrote and edited four chapters of Louis Vuitton’s City Guide Hong Kong. Before that I worked for luxury brands such as Chanel, Estée Lauder Companies and Giorgio Armani.

Among my achievements are securing timely and exclusive interviews with high-profile fashion designers and artists such as Manolo Blahnik, Tory Burch, François Halard, Gaurav Gupta, Carsten Höller and Alexandre de Betak. I’ve also written locally relevant long-form features on topics such as the growing global influence of Shanghai Fashion Week, the lesser-known history of brutalist architecture in Hong Kong and the expansion of Thailand's art scene.

I’ve reported on events from Paris Haute Couture Week to Pitti Uomo, Salone del Mobile and Frieze Seoul. I've also facilitated a panel discussion during Art Basel Hong Kong.

I hold a BA Hons in French and Italian from Durham University.
